the Again BKK trip 5-8 Jul 2012

jy: well... here i am again.. for the tom yum and phah thai which Mr lim like the most.. wahaha...  this time round not so much.. maybe becos we had friends wif us... haha... had some japanese BBq steamboat which was very nice.. and had some nice road side food too... haha... this time the trip wif a mission.. hahaha.. to customise more new shirt and we always like how the final product of the shirt turn up =)... oh ya... and it was the first Scoot flight... i was having light food poisoning as well...  omg.. and i can still shop until i finally get medicated in the airport... of course bought some wedding related stuffs as well..

Our Cooking Diary - Home Made Baked Rice (First Try)

Home Made Baked Rice Pasta =)
Love the cheese and the mushroom... NICE !!



Proudly Present Our homemade baked rice

Cooking can be really easy...

Ingredients needed:
1) white button Mushroom... which can be replace by canned button mushroom as well
2) cube hams (mixed flavours which are available easier in NTUC)
3) Canned Campbell mushroom soup Paste
4) rice
5) Cheese, can mix cheddar cheese with parmesan cheese
6) Garlics
7) Capsicum ( can be green/ red/ orange)

Step 1: Cook the Rice
Step 2: Cook Garlic with white button Mushroom and cube Hams and mix with rice
Step 3: Put the rice mixed into tray
Step 4: Mix Capsicum on top
Step 5: Apply Mushroom Soup Paste
Step 6: Put Cheese
Step 7: Oven for 20 mins or more REady to eat.. yum yum....

MIA for Months

jy: hi all... i'm back... but i doubt anyone will be reading this blog... hmmm... but still i would like to pen down some of my updates...

hmmm... what have i been doing the past few months... i would say,.. pretty simple and normal ba... doing what everyone else is doing except that i had been looking and doing more research on Wedding stuffs.. whahaha.. YEs... i am getting hitched !! keke... alot of frustration... happiness.. disappointment.. which i think should be considered pretty normal in the wedding preparation ba.. hope thing will get to wat i wan in the end... so that everything will be paid off...let's countdown ba....

Jan - Celebrated bb~ birthday at Goodwood Park Hote.... tried the high tea over there and got his present at Best Denki.. great that the present had been put in great use for the past few months.

i guess the only thing that was very special for the past few months will be in February which i finally go to BEIJING.. my great wall of china... loooking for Si Ye.. Shi Si Ye ~~my forbidden city.. i had always been wanting to go since many many years ago and had been counting down to february for this trip..we had tried the new Jetstar flight was turn out to be very value for $$..it was also winter during that time... which was kind of special to me since i had never experience before... i really had a great time during the trip... i think the only regret will be the snow which i didn't get to see it... wonder when it will be the day when i can see.. feel and touch the snow.. i shall wait and see... i had also visited Cindy and Kash... had a short catchup wif her... shall let the photos tell the wonderful and amazing places that i visited...

finally get to try the kota tinggi bak ku teh.. i heard that it was crowded wif alot of ppl... it was so good till it sold at at 9am in the morning...

because of this... we went up really early for it.. =)
